What information should I have available before placing a parts order?
For Todd® burner parts please provide a Sales Order Number (SO#) or burner Serial Number. For Coen® burner parts please provide the Coen File Number or Job Number.
Where can I find the burner Sales Order or File Number?
This information can be found on the burner nameplate or on documentation provided with your original equipment order.
Do you have parts on the shelf ready to ship for my burner?
Coen parts are custom-engineered and manufactured to meet your application requirements. We stock some commonly used spare parts and expedite options are available for most jobs. Please contact the Aftermarket Parts department to check availability and delivery options.
Do you offer upgrades for my equipment?
Yes. Please contact a member of our Aftermarket Team or your local Coen Division Sales Representative to discuss retrofit and upgrade options for your equipment. Click here for contact information.
How can I be sure that all the parts we may need are available prior to an outage?
Please contact our Parts Department as early as possible with your requirements for a scheduled outage. Typical lead times can range from 2 – 6 weeks, we ask that we are given as much lead time as possible to review your equipment requirements and enter orders for parts production.
Can I still get an Instruction Manual for my burner?
Yes. We maintain equipment documentation. Contact our Aftermarket Parts Department with your request for information.
I don’t know what parts I need. Do you have technical resources available?
Our service team members have extensive field and project engineering experience. Please contact our Customer Service Department with your technical questions.
Can I buy Coen parts for a burner supplied by another manufacturer?
Can I buy Coen parts to replace parts supplied by another manufacturer?
Coen parts can be engineered and manufactured for compatibility with equipment manufactured by others.
What if my parts have been discontinued?
Our Aftermarket Parts Department has knowledgeable staff, in-house engineering expertise and superior manufacturing capabilities to meet your parts needs. Contact a Coen Parts Sales Specialist to discuss your options for replacement of obsolete or discontinued equipment.
Is my burner equipment too old for an upgrade/retrofit?
