COEN Company, Inc. has acquired Sistemas en Combustion S.A.de C.V.,
a leader in the supply of combustion technology and controls for the industrial
and utility markets in Mexico. With this acquisition, COEN Company continues
to invest in products and services to meet the growing needs of its industrial
and utility customers worldwide for emission reduction, boiler controls,
flame detectors, combustion upgrades, auxiliaries, and burner management
systems.
With headquarters in Mexico City, Sistemas en Combustion, previously
a joint venture between COEN and Hermes, specializes in the supply of
gas/oil burners and controls to enhance performance, reduce emissions,
and increase fuel flexibility for its customers. Principal clients include
utility companies, large industrial operations, independent power producers,
and OEM boiler manufacturers.
