| The new Coen High Stability
Pilot, typically utilized on duct burner applications, represents
a breakthrough in both stability and reliability. The High
Stability Pilot's Direct Mix selection is the core of this stability
where both fuel and fresh air are rapidly mixed directly in front
of Coen's durable spark electrode.
|
This selection provides a stable "base" flame for the remainder
of the fuel. Operation with fresh air also allows the use of the
High Stability Pilot in severe applications such as very low oxygen
turbine exhaust gas (TEG) streams as well as areas of high moisture or
particulate contamination. Additionally, the High Stability Pilot
incorporates Coen's new sealed electrode design, making the High Stability
Pilot perfect for any duct burner application.
The High Stability Pilot can be used to replace any
igniter for both Coen and non-Coen burners, for all applications. Rugged,
Reliable and Ready are the (3) R's to the Coen High Stability
Pilot which quickly break down the functionality of this product.
RUGGED
- The stainless steel pilot head is designed to
handle very corrosive conditions.
- The gas delivery system is also cast in
stainless steel making it very durable.
- The 958 electrode is a proven performer in adverse condition
RELIABLE
- Over seven years of testing, the 958 Electrode has proven to be reliable
under severe conditions, such as low O2, high moisture or particulate
contamination.
- Combustion is enhanced with direct fresh air
mixing.
- Constant air purge prevents contaminant fouling.
READY
- Mounting plate is easily retrofitted to fit any
burner.
- Electrode is easily replaced without removing
the igniter.
- Entire pilot is easily replaced by simply removing three screws.
