Installation Supervision and Start-Up AssistanceCoen's Field Service Representatives are part of the "Coen Team". They are committed to placing your units into operation as efficiently and as quickly as possible. Our entire Service group provides the support needed, whether it involves installation supervision or start-up of new equipment. Each Field Service Representative is supported by an in-house Service Coordinator who is responsible for managing the start-up of the Coen equipment and to direct the work of the Field Service Representative. Our entire Service Coordinator Team are all degreed engineers and they all have extensive field and project engineering experience. After initial equipment installation, it is highly recommended that a factory trained Coen Field Service Representative commission and adjust your equipment for optimum performance and safe operation. Coen provides specific instructions during the commissioning phase for your operators and in-house engineers. Coen also offers an Operator Oriented Burner School which will teach operators valuable information about the art and science of Coen's equipment. Maintenance, Repair, & Calibrations The
importance of a well established maintenance program at your site cannot
be overemphasized. Your equipment will perform more efficiently,
will be more reliable and safe when properly maintained. Your
particular equipment and installation has its own specific requirements,
but will only be as safe, and perform as well as the maintenance program
you have established. Seasonal calibrations will assure that your
equipment performs to specific load requirements. Let our Field
Service Representatives assist you in maintaining your equipment to
perform as efficiently as possible. Periodic inspections and regular
maintenance performed by qualified Coen Field Service Representatives
will ensure long product life, safe operation and optimum product performance.

Coen's
Field Service Representatives are trained to inspect your combustion
equipment for evaluation, upgrades, repairs, and parts replacements.
We can be scheduled to visit your plant during planned outages or down
time to perform the inspections needed. Many customers schedule
our representatives in conjunction with their down time and operating
parameters. Operational checks can be made while on line;
equipment inspection can be performed during down time.
