TODD®  Burner Management and Combustion Control Systems

Custom-engineered to fire fuel gas and/or fuel oil safely and reliably, TODD burner management systems are designed per the latest NFPA codes and provide for safe light-off, operation and shutdown of burners.

  • Burner control panel comes complete with either a windbox-mounted or freestanding control panel and includes either a microprocessor or PLC-based system.
  • Systems are pre-wired, programmed and tested.
  • Installation and startup are easy. All connectors, terminals and wires are clearly identified and cross-referenced on the system drawing.
  • Options include designs for hazardous area operation, fully redundant systems or a touch-screen display interface.

TODD Combustion and Boiler Control Systems are fully engineered to utilize single-point positioning, parallel positioning, or fully metered control of fuel and air to burners. Controls can be supplied with either a loop controller or PLC-based system, and can be mounted with the BMS system in a single enclosure or provided in a separate cabinet.
