1. Turbine, Fresh Air Fan Systems, Blowers and Dampers  Fact:  Without an operational turbine or fresh air fan system providing combustion air, the burner(s) CANNOT be operated.

2. Field Wiring

3. Fluid Systems Fact:  Field installed interconnecting piping between Coen furnished equipment is often filled with debris.  The debris will not only delay the start-up, but will also clog burner orifices and damage valve seats and seals .  
A. Prior to connecting process lines to Coen equipment, were all fuel, air and steam lines cleansed of all debris? Yes No N/A
